1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
If the order has entered the logistics process but not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to intercept it.
2. Package Interception
Upon receiving a timely request, we will make every reasonable effort to stop the shipment.
If the package has already been shipped and cannot be intercepted, you may initiate a return after receiving the product, and ABOSUN will cover the return shipping cost.
3. Returns for Non-Quality Issues
Customers may return unused products within 30 days of receipt.
For returns due to personal reasons (not product quality), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
To initiate a return, please email us with the following information:
- Reason for return
- Order number (e.g., ABOSUNxxxx)
- Full name

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Your satisfaction is our priority.
- If the order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days.
- If a product develops a functional defect during use, send your order number and clear photo or video evidence to help.abosun@gmail.com.
Our technical team will first provide troubleshooting support to rule out user error.
Once a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide:
- Free replacement parts or a replacement product
- Repairs if applicable
ABOSUN reserves the final decision regarding the resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
If a product is deemed unrepairable:
- Full refund is available within 3 months of purchase
- After 3 months, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining warranty period
5. Refund Process & Details
- Please allow 7 business days for return processing.
- Refunds are processed every Friday; bank processing may take up to 48 hours.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received, or refunds may be denied or a restocking fee may apply.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
- Refunds cannot be processed without a return receipt or proof of delivery.
- All returned items will be inspected. If items are in poor condition, they may be returned to the customer.
6. Special Cases
- Refunds for used or second-hand products may be subject to a usage fee.
- ABOSUN does not provide refunds for products purchased through third-party distributors or retail partners.
